    I think QVT will be VERY reluctant to let this overthrow work to success (if it ever could succeed of course)

    they and the board will be surely working every trick if needed.

    if the 'bookies' have 10.9% sigalla has about 5%? maybe they might be able to gather a few more % from others? still a far cry surely otherwise AS would not have walked in the first place.
