I don't much care what the loans were for
they were issued
they were repaid
the timeline given matches the news at the time that new financing arrangements were due before October 31 (the original due date)
additionally if they knew the LNH were not going to agree to the new deal I agree they would have gone the VA path
I also believe they were blindsided
and above all else the most important element
I believe that the LNH appointed R&A investigated and found no illegal activity and found no preferential payment occurred.
