My view is if Damien Lismore says it will be announced in August they already have certainty about the outcome as there are only approx 3 weeks remaining.

In any phase III trial they can be prolonged by the complex process of analysis and input from all the parties. To finalise phase III requires coordination of many stakeholders but if August is really the month then they already know the final analysis....

Hoping for a strong announcement.......
