From time to time I think about things a little too much, and then I post. uh oh...

Happy with most things, but... wrt to the directors' incentive...

Seriously, the board eroded my net worth from more than 3c in half that time. (well maybe it was a bit to do with the GFC too.)

Way back when the board's modus operandi was to raise the capital, with no risk, to reinvigorate STT/EXM, get FAT directors fees and free oppies etc as per their directorship of http://www.gbucapital.com AND now they want us to approve this for present AND past directors... Yes PAST directors: what the?

So tell me: the largest shareholder in EXM (who btw was suing EXM through his other co.) is now on the board. Was this because he was slipped a little grease by the way of a small donation to his PRIVATE company MAGYAR mining, by us, the owners of EXM?

To be fair AB hasn't offloaded. But if he did, certain other large shareholders wouldn't be too happy, and I don't think they would pursue it through the courts next time...

Yes, it will cost to exercise, but shouldn't we expect the board, present AND PAST, to work a bit harder for it? Purchase on market now if you want a bit of currency with me.

All in all though, I am very happy that by the end of 2010 EXM should be in a position to start constructing a mine. That should hopefully nullify my concerns about the weak, weak incentive plan for current and past directors.

The drill results will be paramount in helping the sp. I trust that we will not have to go through the same pain as we did waiting for the last lot of results. That was painful LOL

I am in a dark place at the moment, so sorry if this is not as positive as usual Damn those black dogs...

but I remain on a buy sentiment.
