Bottom line is that shareholders dont want to see their interest in TZ diluted. The last thing I want is a statement that the QVT issue has been resolved by a 24 mln share dilution. If this is the case we not only have diluted our interest for 50%, but also lost control to QVT. I sincerely hope there is FIRB approval needed for this and hope that the board can find a different solution where shareholders can also contribute.
