I think its a nice read for you guys who follow oil and in particular in regards to the future around africa and what the chinese are doing there.There building roads and infrastrucure to get there supplies wish they would fix some of our infrastructure .Far could have a back up if shell walked away .Of intrest in the article is the deep water aspect.One never knows who is on there radar .Im new with oil specs but gee they look exciting and interesting to research.I wonder what rig they will use for drilling .There is rig now in Spain that is under inspection now called the Stena Tay that shell have used before for deep water that to my limited abilty would fit the bill maybe .Im intrested to know thoughts on what sort of rig would be used as i have very limited abilty with this but interested in learning more as oil specs look very exciting and ive been following far now for a about five months and is my first oil explorer
