CBA has no max DTI and at IO and then you can go to 3rd party lenders and get even further lending - seeing it done on a regular basis DYOR - CBA private also does interest only servicing so seen people with 12+ DTI - it works when property keeps going up and no reason to sell - people thought that property never stops going up in 2007 and they would always be able to pay their home loan lets just wait and see - again i cant confirm these as 100% true cba dont sue me bro just hear say ya know
