However, look at the current positioning of Biota. He would have been involved in discussions with GSK to increase the production, he has clearly developed a positive working relationship with GSK in recent years. We have seen production triple under his reign.

Perhaps more importantly, we have seen Biota's ongoing success with new drug development. The CEO is responsible for developing appropriate organisational culture, ensuring the right people are in the right jobs, and steering the organisation towards success.

I think you guys can't be serious. Stop holding a grudge. Biota is poised for serious success, stop harking back 7 years to a court case, and start looking at where Biota is right now. That is the true measure of Peter Cook's leadership.
