Im not sure the rules on approvals etc, but is there any reason why they wouldn't approve. Im not sure why the OZ Minerals case wasn't approved. Can anyone elaborate on the outcome and reasonings of the FIRB. I know this is getting ahead of the situation, but if anyone knows the intricacies of the Foreign Investment Review Board, would you be able to summarise how its decisions work.
