All those Canadian surrogates (OCO, MARI,LA,JOSE) are in the $300 to $500 million, so he probably is benchmarking HCH to them when he says HCH should be 10/12 cents by now. If he really believed we were SLS , then he would be talking about 30/40 cents for HCH. Eitherway fears of a capital raise is keeping us in the hole
