Slick, remember, we all were pissed off at the last CR but a few months later, during the COVID - crash, we all were happy about it in hindsight.
Don't forget, the rule is:
Raise when you can, not when you need to.
I assume the new funds will go towards the CAR-T CD19/ CF 33 trials and pay for the licence.
Regarding dilution: Expected 100m shares at 25-30c to raise $ 25-30m should be enough, hardly any dilution when already having about 5b SoI.
Guys, don't conclude that a CR means a failed deal. IMU has always kept things separately, B-cell, OV, CD19-CF33. It could be for accounting reasons that future deal funds are only used for specific techs.
