Well the only thing holding this up at the moment is the proposed transaction to allow us to cash out some of our earnings at NTA. I'm holding out for it with bated breath... I just hope they hurry up and give us shareholders some certainty. With the discount to NTA blowing out it sure is worth a punt but only if we see some updates about the proposal.
