That may be so but it is unusual for someone to leave effective immediately that has served so long.
the only directors notice I can see for June 2 is for David Black so today’s notice referring back to a last notice of June 2 is a bit suspect. Hopefully just a lazy company secretary that wasn’t lodging properly with the ASX or my inability to read.
With the share price reaction something has surprised people and I wonder what it is.
