The SPP is capped at 8 million units for retail investors.
This means that it will only take 133 investors @ $15k (60k units each at 25c) for the offer to be fully suscribed. This is ridiculous?
I see a substantial scaling back for all. I'd guess you'd be lucky to get $2000 worth under the SPP. Why it is even capped at 8m units is beyond me. It looks like AZZ needs all the capital they can get their hands on.
