Did you have an account with Automic (created user /pass) when you bought $BCN (or prior)?
One scenario I can think of is if you never created an account/ password with Automic and you buy $BCN first time AND if someone obtained your HIN and name/postcode, they can create an account username/pass, see your allocation and change bank details to their bank account from the one provided automatically by the broker.
Wonder if you can login to automic now and see the stock and check the bank account details.
Automic would have the details of where they paid it to. They should investigate it.
