Absolutely the buyer of the shares would have to be confident, they know what they are buying and probably what they are acquiring.
A 99% refinance two months ago, means they were sorting another deal in this refinance for the last months- that is of course unless the directors were spinning stories back then… I doubt that very much, meaning I believe there will be an acquisition of sorts.
What comes out the other side, will be a bigger and better company -TER… they didn’t take onboard ResGen COO with no purpose for him.
