I think it has become very clear a US listing is not happening anytime soon, and in regards to a "pretty big announcement?" When was the last time we had a big announcement? I think SP is going to be in the toilet for a some time yet. If you don't trade this stock, the only way is to go long, and then try not to follow daily SP fluctuations.
