correct but NSW is the biggest state and hence largest market and other states (Vic and SA) also have incurred lockdowns, but of shorter duration.
Futhermore once a lockdown ends, there is still an additional lag as post lockdown restrictions still exist (eg for Vic on its 1st day of opening offices can only have 25% capacity: so that means 75% still staying at home)
