This time last year, consensus EPS for FY21 and FY22 were losses of about 5 cents and 3 cents, respectively. Those are now forecast losses of about 28 cents in FY21 and 8 cents in FY22. Nevertheless the current price is still a good 70c higher than a year ago. I didn't hear or see any complaints of manipulation or rigged games in February of this year when the price rallied from below $6 to $14 in a month despite no changes to the earnings outlook. I don't think you can have it both ways - either they are both manipulation or neither.
