lol, you are still blinded by the facts.......the reason the VIC homes did well is because they were well funded & had the right processes & procedures in place.....something the government said they would do after the RC but here we are still.
If you are upset with quarantine then you need to go to the root of the cause & that was the Fed's handing over power to the states without guidelines or processes. If the army should have had the job then that should have been a stipulation by the Feds.
Either way you try to deflect the blame that keeps pointing back to the stupid people we have in federal power right now!
