Its pretty laughable to call someone out about being blinded by facts, and then outright ignore the incompetencies that lead to the virus being in the community. You also ignore the fact that the quarantine listed in the constitution is the quarantining of the Australian borders to international travel. I.e. The receiving of citizens, travellers and immigrants via ports (air, land & sea), it's not referring to the running of a hotel quarantine site or the handling of state health crisis.

So how did the virus get into the community and then into the nursing homes and turned fatal? Dan Andrews refused help from the ADF, awarded the Quarantine security to the lowest bidder and applied very little constraints and accountability to the process. You only have to look at his actions since then when looking to assign fault. He's now engaging with the ADF, he has taken on the NSW contract tracing model and now has VICPOL running and managing hotel quarantine security.

You then want to highlight the inefficiencies of the federal government in the 'federal' aged care homes. Its clear, again, you arent using facts to assign blame. Federal Aged Care homes are all privately run aged care homes, the delegation to federal comes simply under which legislation they fall under, they are no more 'run' by the Federal Government then the retail goods industry. Do we blame the federal government every time we buy a rotten apple or banana from woolies or coles?

What you have displayed in a microcosm of everything that is wrong with the current state of progressive politics. Its all about assigning blame and kicking the political football then it is about actual solutions or solving problems... I guess we have the democrats to blame for that, just keep slinging mud until eventually it sticks, regardless of the damage that's actually done through disunity in the meantime...
