I contacted JH during the week and provide the following summary;

- acknowledges frustrations of shareholders wrt no announcments lately
- negotations are continuing with at least two parties
- announcements will be made as appropriate
- intent is to commence drilling late Sept or early Oct

I also asked about any discussions between CTP and CNX Re: UCG and his comments were that they have spoken at conferences but not much more at this stage. Any JV with CNX would only be for areas not already covered by existing JV's with BG etc.

That is as much as I know. Really nothing new here that has not been announced already, except I suppose the slight delay wrt drilling, but that would be expected due to the protracted discussions with the JV parties.

I'm of the opinion that our patience will be rewarded in the end, we just have to try and stay relaxed as much as we can while we wait.
