I was thinking the same, one question though, is this part of the figures BPP paying off outstanding debt?
If so am i right in saying that, in an ordinary quarter without a raise, or any debt repayment, we would actually have had an addition 1.28M in earnings?
(2151+3035) - 6471 = 1285 left?
Either way the market seems to like it...
