Makes me feel a little more nervous though. I'd hate to see NGE lose some of their land holdings, but I guess a tie up with a bigger company would help get these ammendments through.
I wonder if Cornerstone would have underwritten the spp if there was any question of NGE's future land holdings?
Directors taking up the spp (even if its a piddly amount of money/shares), is still a positive though.
Looks like August is going to be full of news as far as NGE holders are concerned.
Nervous times ahead though imo.
