It's called process . So some are done before others. I miss your point. Waiting to be last is just delaying the process. If we ever get 80 % then it will change up. You won't get your freedoms and the vaccinated will. You won't get on a commercial plane you won't get in a government hospital or school. You won't be able to attend sporting stadiums. The list will go on. Governments love regulation because it equals revenue. And you will spend your unvaccinated life being fined for illegal activity while you protest your freedoms and try to access mainstream services. That's not a radical proposal. That's highly likely to be on the 'horizon' whatever that means.
