The intent of finding an acquisition and proceeding to acquire it, before the cash runs out, are two different matters.

I think it is reaonable to read between the lines that UUV intend to morph, prior to cash running out.

Then there is the matter of progression without cash in the bank. It would be logical to assume that then a CR will be required.

My interest lies in the next phase.

I find it hard to fathom the notion that any decisions will have a negative affect of SP, given the directors hold such a substnatial amount of heads and oppies. Moreover, they cant secretly off load them. They are in the same boat as us.

Look, we have stated that this is a gamble. NO QUESTION !!!

UUV are saying the right things, they have declared their intent and MGMT have alot of "skin in the game".
