This seems like a nice acquisition, the HCC could be blended to increase the Combined CSR, no reliance on others for blend. Would be interesting to see the other coal characteristics, and company to detail the strategy whether it be blend or sell stand alone.
The upfront cost is cheap because they aren’t processing and selling at a thermal - good business decision if it runs to plan.
