I have never worked for them and don't see me there in the near future. The work in the ns I see is a make or break for them.If they pull it off I will be fist in line to buy in. My initial post was for you guys to keep your eye on the ball and have regular corresponence with them.
They are a small player atm. If they want to step up they have to attract capable people. Atm they seem a bit green.
The big players have the runs on the board with wpl and bhp. For nms to be in their league they will have to change the way they operate. In the offshore now Indians are employed and they are adequate enough. Something to do with the skills shortage in all areas. I have work constantly so no bad blood here.
