Why are some of you acting so surprised? If you really are, then you are not paying attention. There is nothing shocking or new about this report, and the increased headcount costs are obviously in anticipation of what comes next - which is something we all evidenced by witnessing their constant hiring ads.
If you truly hold and were expecting fireworks right now, then may I suggest you DYOR.
