beppa restructure??, page-103

My VPN keeps disconnecting me, anyway im off to La Union now for a romantic beach dinner :)

But my final observation would be that:
in all my spreadsheets that alter BEPPA/BBI price post DBCT sale, and the various conversion ratio and depending if BBI convert SPARCS and bonds or raise capital in addition to BEPPA restructure, i come to the conclusion that BBI lose, thats a given.

But more importantly BEPPA are only winners at current levels. if Beppa were trading at 50c, and depending on BBI price, it is possible to convert and lose or gain so little.

Im off again for a few day. Will be interesting to see where this all leads. I will read all the responses on thursday.
