Based on the thread comments and my personal shopping experience, Danks could be the best option to acquire and turn into something profitable.
Stratco wont work, as there store traditionally focus on big stuff, such as big arse sheets of iron metal etc. Cant see that fitting into a shopping trolley next to the meat and veg.
Re Home hardware, shopped there a few times, smaller stores with reasonable product.
Bunnings, personally I hate the stores. Warehouses full of the cheapest possible crap one can purchase in bulk on the export market. Went through 3 rollers to paint one room.
WOW with there approach to quality in the food arena, attached to a hardware model, might work. If someone said WOW was going to sell fuel fifteen years ago we would have all laughed.
Maybe this is worth a play.
