Ann: Imugene completes $90 M placement and launches $5 M SPP, page-70

Just throwing this out there for the CMC and CDMO phrases people seem to be frightened of.
I don't believe Imugene intends to develop their own drugs, they paying others to do this with them. It may well be related to making the drugs for the OnCarlytic Clinical Trials. Best bet is to wait and see what comes out on the conference call.

I think the raise is s great thing and gives some surety around the next few years. I'm not overly pleased at the comments around "no cap raise" but hey, it seems they had folks offering a dump truck of money to get involved and the discount wasn't as bad as many I've seen.
It's certainly a good way of putting a floor in at the 30c mark, which should put most people comfortably in the green.
