It’s amazing how many view this as negative especially as it 4 days after the THV conference . I see this as AVR obviously has attracted maybe a cornerstone or large investors and needs to go into a Trading Holt to wrap it up . If in fact this is the case shareholders will be offered shares at the same price . Ask yourself what’s holding AVR back ? Lack of funding , problem solved . As far as I know this is AVRs first serious attempt to raise capital in the US . Let’s hope I am right GLTATH
