Real user adoption and usage can probably be proxied by looking at their AWS costs. This indicates how much AWS power they are using, which while not corresponding exactly the customer use or cost per service, is reasonable indication of activity and volume.

The relevant line item is "product manufacturing and operating costs". Here we can see current quarter $86m and previous quarter $91m, so no growth at all. It's almost certain that some of the use in the previous quarter was Eversource POC. It would be an interesting exercise to plot these costs against receipts...
