Oh my word, I think you have figured it out!
    Adrenal gland problems!!
I have looked this up and here are my symptoms which fit.

Not sleeping well. Wake up exhausted. Weight gain. Mood changes. Dizziness when standing up quickly, also lately when turning over in bed. Brain fog. Inability to concentrate. Nausea at times. Blood sugar issues. Craving protein. Indigestion. Stomach pain.
Inflamed knee joints. Dry flaky skin etc etc, what a mess lol.

For years, I have told GP's that after breakfast I am ok. But when I eat lunch or dinner, I feel panic coming on as if I have a rush of blood sugar. They have tested my glucose and it is fine, therefore they poo poo it.
So for a few years I have been having late breakfast to try to avoid lunch and then an early dinner. If I do have a cortisol problem, more frequent smaller meals need to be eaten, I guess.

Other things which I have consulted GP's about are particularly. When I did go into supermarkets etc with fluorescent lights, I hear a boom boom boom in my head and buzzing in my ears. This makes me very panicky. Then I freeze up and have to beg someone to get me a chair and go outside and get my husband from the car.The doctor said don't look at the lights!

Then come the full moon, not every month, it makes me so much worse, it truly does. Again it is not scientifically proven. So they just think I am bonkers.

My eldest daughter does not exactly have panic attacks, but thinks she has hypoglycaemia. She has tried many things for this.
My grandmother was sexually abused and had a very violent husband. My mother was also sexually abused.

When we had the plant nursery in England, it was full on long hours 7 days a week. But I loved to escape to the propagating area, where I would be on my own and take hundreds of cuttings, just like you So yes I understand what you are saying here. It is a very good idea, thank you.

So, I will get an appt for adrenal tests. Try to order some dumbbells, in the meantime use cans of beans. Perhaps try to eat smaller more frequent meals too. Crawling will be hard as I had an op on my knee years ago and cannot kneel on it.

I will also look for a high quality multivitamin, rather than all the different ones I take. By the way I take slippery elm bark as well.

Thank you so much for helping me. I now feel I can hopefully make progress. All of these counsellors, psychs, GP's which I have consulted over the years are drug dealers in a way. It is sad, because years ago they more more holistic. But nowadays their training in medical school is sponsored by Big Pharma.

Have a lovely creative day. Jo Jo x
