gross new customers = 1,885.

so means theres a churn of 392 customers for the quarter leaving the network.

does this mean their churn rate is more like 20% for the new subscribers?
hang on a second, so for every 5 customers they sign up, theres another 1 customer leaving. A churn rate this high must be terminal for any busines model.
need to increase the customer acquistion costs by 25% to amortise this nosebleed churn every month. No wonder theres a high cash burn rate.
