I wouldn’t be in the least but surprised if were not your adrenal system. Whether a tray will show it up - well maybe maybe not because they don’t really know what our natural/at rest level is but worth checking.

it’s inevitable if you have been subjected to the trauma of previous generations and there is evidence that grandmother trauma gets passed on genetically by altering the chemistry and some genes.

but it can be conquered I think. Try some of the things I have suggested. Look up breseden protocol

the other comment I’d make is about SSRIs. I spent weeks and weeks trying to understand anti depressants because I didn’t want to take them. I thought it wasn’t the issue (didn’t realise that being without the horror made would make such a difference But there you are

anyway we have a set of neurology transmitters - dopamine, serotonin and adrenal. They interact with each other so play with one you actually affect the others. There is some evidence that when you play with serotonin you actually affect dopamine which controls movement and goal oriented behaviour. You see the reverse with Parkinson’s patients who are treated with L dopa. One of the reasons they stopped using the tricyclics was because of unpredictable results. I Am not surprised based on what I read. Targeting serotonin is safer but might still kick up your system. And maybe affect your adrenal
    system.

take a look at the link between the neurotransmitters and the thyroid as well

i am not telling you what to do or not do with medication btw. Just trying to let you know some things we don’t get told. But also suggesting you don’t keep adding medication because then you get tte consequences of polypharmacy.

the ideal is to understand your adrenal system and turn try to use more natural means to fix it. The tale action to lights makes sense to me in the context you described. It’s part of a hyper alert state. I don’t like bright flashing lights still and I don’t like loud fast boom boom music as my body/ heart then entrains with the beat and it’s terrifying. But I now have mechanisms that eliminate it when it happens.

anyway hope I have helped without trying to be a Medical practitioner. What I learnt from my experience and also from avoiding a coma with hyponetremia following appalling advice by doctors at hospital (by working it out myself) is that the body is a system and yet doctors mostly just treat a symptom. Sadly that doesn’t help us always.

    xxx
