    They may be able to dump whatever number that they like, but they will not be able to achieve a net buy when other people have the info on hand. I think this is the reason why MA HAS to delay all sensitive reports. It's been 10 days since the end of July. Why does it take so long to complete a 1000 words report? Why can't we have the reports in the morning before trading starts? Why do we always have to wait till the afternoon?
