Donn’t worry about a share price. Look at the market cap.
Look at the value of the project vs development costs. Our potential market cap could be well
over a billion. But we are not there yet.
Look at the cash on hand and see if they need to raise soon?
Look at the near term cash generation and cost to get there.
Is the project complex or easy to develop. How long will it take?
GRV is reasonable value but may pull back a little. However tightly held shares are not traded so then we have a demand supply issue.
If no one wants to sell the offer has to be much higher.
So obviously everyone is holding this as the prospects for cash generation look eye wateringly good.
