And at what price and to raise how much will the additional shares be issued later in September. The SP better starting turning upwards or new capital will turn out to be very expensive for the existing shareholder base.

Its great to own all of irvine, however based on 20million shares issued (expect at current SP of 70c) and $5m cash payment to CC, PLV board just valued the irvine project at $30m, thats a long way short of the market cap of 78m.
