In compliance with its obligations under Listing Rule 3.1 and in the interests of
maintaining an informed market in the shares of Pluton Resources Limited, the Directors
of the Company advise that:
• Pluton Resources Limited has been approached by parties interested in the Company’s interest in Irvine Island.
• There are Confidentiality Agreements in place with those parties.
• While there is no certainty that the Company will receive an acceptable offer, discussions are at an advanced stage with one party including discussions to purchase the Company’s 50% interest in Irvine Island and ongoing commercial involvement.
The Company will keep the market informed in accordance with its continuous disclosureobligations.
