Add me to the list. I told you weeks ago that though I was watching this it was not in my top 5. it is now closed and over. The court rejected the case. By US law it cannot be brought up again no mater who signed it. I have no idea about LAW in Malaysia. JMO If case went other way Lynas would not have been shut down, just a whole bunch of scrambling to get a License in place. Yes this would have knocked a dime off SP. Look at how much stock went up on positive ruling . Stock went up more with announcement of someone buying more stock yesterday.

It is good you watched this. The big plus for a board is different people watching different things. If all agree, board is worthless. I think if you look at SP and volume over the last 2 weeks and align that up with announcements you will see what most stock holders are watching. That in no way says you should not have been watching it. Thanks for keeping track.
