re: Ann: Pluton acquires additional 50% of Ir... The $35 mill was putting a value on Irvine by someone looking at $5mill cash plus the number of shares at 70c.
Came to $38mill -

That looked as if it was possible that you were putting a value of only $76 mill on Irvine.
I'd say it looks as if you made a good deal myself, and yes, of course there's the royalty to add.
