If it is a rights issue I would suggest they will try to get it underwritten in which case I would exect it to be at a significant discount to the SP...the fact they have telegraphed it will possibly see the shareprice fall lower in anticipation.....Maybe with the shareprice trashed the directors will line there pockets with cheap shares in the raising .....not a nice prospect for investors who have supported this company.....I suggest the directors main concern is their cushy jobs.....who would trust their hard earned cash to these guys after there track record of destroying shareholder wealth???
