The trouble is when the 3 or 4 cornerstone investors vote as a block.
Each can accrue up to 5% of the stock under the radar.
Then when we get our offer we will certainly need their approval.
If the 3 or 4 cornerstone investors favour a different big pharma they could easily stop it.
