An appeal in most judisual systems from my experience is something that is expensive for the loosing party and at less double the time of the orginal case.
We have all been watch this unfold and there have been some great posts after we many got burnt on this one. Legal advisors will often ramp their case up and when an unfavourable decision arrives the first words out of there mouth is the ‘appeal’. It’s like McDonald’s when your always asked if you want fries with that.
IMO, there will not be an appeal.
