You are obviously thinking very small here. You honestly think a big pharma would deal with IMU if we don't have enough cash reserves? A small pharma might do so but not a big one. And we want to play in the big league here.

FYI, I hold share in ELS. It is a small spec like what IMU were. So it did a deal and deliver some product to this company. Guess what, without DD, probably desperate for business, as it turns out, that company went bust and got taken over instead. ELS got no payment but fortunately, that takeover company has promised to fulfil that payment. Seriously, this mistake is something a big company won't make. They would want to look at your annual accounts and see your cash reserves and ability to complete any partnership with them. And if they see you are desperately cash strapped, they might even launch a really cheap takeover offer if they really like your product.

IMU with this cap raise is now mid cap. A different kettle of fish now. We now get to really decide our own destiny, whether it be partnership or even going it alone. Big pharma now knows IMU is totally independent and if they want something, they have to make serious offer instead of opportunistic ones.

All in all, after this short term 'tantrum' from this cap raise, and with a couple of good announcements, the share price will carry on its merry way.
