Only 3 trading days till the expiry of the 90 day exclusivity period.

I'd say a few nervous holders taking some profits the last few days, I completely understand everyone has a different risk tolerance, Just as there are investors who want to see the deal before buying, there'd also be those that planned to exit in say the last week if no deal had been announced. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a tad nervous myself.

Roly has been confident of an outcome within this period, they are certainly using every part of it. The negotiations are obviously still taking place or we would have heard. If they were miles apart on the commercial terms it would have been terminated by now. But that is not the case so probably a bit of argy-bargy on the minor points.

Although not a deadline, I think both parties have treated it as such. After this amount of time I believe the chances are now very small it'll fall over, Possible they may need a week or 2 more, though still think it'll be done within the 90 days.
