But for your friends or anyone who wishes to avoid cancer. Do please read about apricot kernels. Of course, the same old song by big Pharma, oh heaven help us, they contain arsenic. Well so do apple pips. But you can buy these from a reputable company in Australis and grind them up and add just a tsp to your breakfast. We have heaps in the fridge which we have not used for a while. They are labelled as just a body scrub or some similar nonsense.

But as always everyone has to research for theirselves.

Yes circumin, which I believe is the same as turmeric? I use several times a week, but it is only effective if mixed with black pepper.
It can be added to so many meals.

I just found out yesterday that a dear friend of mine (male) who I have not seen for decades has prostrate cancer, his prostrate has been removed. So very sad, he was an amazing athlete when we were all teenagers and we all used to go and watch him sprint at Crystal Palace track in London. But then stress. life and booze etc took over, he has been in poor health for a very long time. I met him when I was just 16. He was a friend of my ex husbands. We two couples almost grew up together and had so much fun!

Sorry to be sentimental, but I first met his lovely girlfriend in a pub in London and this song so reminds me of all the brilliant times and holidays which we spent together having fun

Hi @Joannie - I have very little time this morning - had another close person die this week and somehow, if I had balls, it would be like a kick into the proverbial - instead it affects my energy levels -
I love that song btw - I am not all 'classical' - hubby played guitar and we did some popular songs together - he playing and singing in a somewhat tinny voice - I the 'know-it-all' who corrected his chords etc. - but later life became about doing up houses making some money - he died too young to leave me really well off, but I am o.k..

I am glad you are reading - it has always been by way - still read and research almost anything - interviews I hear on the radio - stuff from HotCopper - it makes me happy. @Parsifal's advices seems good - take a look, observe yourself, though, we are all different - and don't give up.
