But anyways ye as you mentioned, if the court had a bad result, it would be bad. Luckily it was fabulous
Now we'll just have to wait for the yearly report (which CLEARLY will be phenomenal), and the approval of the EIA (as I said 70-80% chance). Though with the advent of the new site, the EIA for the old might be reduced to 50-60%, and the new is probs 90%.
It might cause some short term issues to the SP, but the yearly report should wipe the losses.
Just recently I'm spending less time on HotCopper since most of the large news stuff (Court, EIA, QR) seem to have been great!
